Refund Policy
easy HTools provides free trial versions of our software which can be used, without restriction, during the trial period of 30 days. The purpose of trial versions is to allow you to determine whether or not you are satisfied with the software and it's functionality and usability before you need to purchase it. This is a full risk free trial at no cost to you. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software (downloaded) and software licenses can easily be duplicated. Once a license or registration code has been issued, it is, unfortunately, not possible for us to recall all copies or ensure their permanent destruction. Therefore, easy HTools cannot provide refunds - all sales are final. It is assumed that if you purchase a license, you have evaluated the software through using the trial version and are satisfied with it. All the easy HTools software products are downloadable and available for free evaluation. Customers are encouraged to fully test the products prior to purchase, but some advanced features may be disabled. Complete help documentation is available on all our products prior to purchasing, so that you can fully discover the features of the evaluated product. Both during the evaluation period and after purchasing, a free technical support is available for you via contact form.
We STRONGLY recommend that you download, install, and thoroughly test the trial version prior to making a purchase.
When you purchase one of our products, an email is sent to you with the activation key to unlock the software after your payment method is approved. After purchase, our software products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you fall into one of these categories please feel free to request your refund:
- Our product has design faults and bugs preventing you to work properly if they were not corrected by us in 3 days after getting your report;
- Our product did not work as advertised;
- You have a duplicate charge for the same software product or have been charged incorrectly.
If any of this applies to your situation please feel free to contact us for refund request. After we accept your request, your order will be partially refunded excluding the shipping & handling charge.
Note: After your refund request has been processed, you must COMPLETELY remove the software from all computers!
Please note that we do NOT accept refunds for all other cases, including, but not limited to:
- Order processing delays of any kind;
- Software was purchased for the wrong device or platform;
- Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason.
